​We are NOT affiliated with any religion. We rent churches due the affordability and availability of space, as many other musical organizations do. We are very grateful to our hosts for letting us use their facilities!

Open To ALL Students Currently in 3Rd-12th Grade

No audition necessary.
Students will be placed in small groups at the camp based upon voice type and grade level.
​3rd-5th graders are mostly separate during camp, but join for special guest and a large group song!

The Ascent Vocals Summer Camp is a weeklong chance for you to sing, learn, and laugh along with other talented and excited singers. It's your chance to explore new vocal capabilities and do what you've seen on The Voice, the Broadway Stage and beyond!

Daily activities include:
  • Large and small group rehearsals
  • Special guest artists presenting on specialty topics - musical theater, composing, jazz, and more!
  • Student choice special focus sessions!
  • Individual and group performances​​

Specialty topics to include:
  • Solo performing
  • Microphone performance technique
  • Arranging and Songwriting
  • Musical Theater
  • Performance skills (including beating stage fright!)
  • Vocal percussion/beatboxing
  • Audition prep
  • Talent show!

You'll also enjoy time with guest teachers and performers - professionals and specialists in their areas! The camp will finish with  a performance on the final day showcasing the skills we've all learned throughout our time together. ​
